2. Purpose of the site
lexamencivique.fr is an information and preparation site for the civic exam. It offers content, a free practice quiz and an enrolment-request form for our courses. No payment is made on this site; the official exam is taken at an approved partner centre, separate from Centre Zenith.
3. Data we collect
We only collect the data you provide voluntarily, together with technical data needed for the site to work:
- Enrolment request: first name, last name, email, phone (optional), course of interest and message.
- Practice quiz: first name (optional), email, your answers and score, in order to send you your result.
- Technical data: IP address and connection logs (for security and abuse prevention).
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your request and contacting you about our courses — basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
- Sending you your quiz result and preparation advice — basis: your consent.
- Ensuring site security and fighting spam — basis: our legitimate interest.
5. Recipients of the data
Your data is intended for the Centre Zenith teams handling requests. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be hosted by our hosting provider and, where applicable, shared with our partner exam centre solely in connection with your enrolment.
6. Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the resulting relationship, then archived or deleted in line with the applicable legal periods. Requests with no follow-up are deleted within a reasonable time.
7. Your rights
